Worship:

Praise Band - we are constantly in need of new members in the praise band, so if you are a musician of any type, we want to hear from you and have you come join us in our mission of helping lead the congregation into the presence of the Lord during Sunday worship services.

Vocal Team - we love to praise God with our voices, and have great opportunities for vocalists to use their gift to help build the Kingdom of God. Let Pastor Harv know if you have a desire to sing for God, and we will find your place on our team.

Media Team - this is a crucial part of our worship process, and we need talented people willing to serve in this area. If you lean toward the technical, we can use your help in running sound, media, and lights during our worship services and special events.

Drama: We welcome performing arts talent and regularly provide opportunities to serve God in powerful ways through this ministry. Our local community responds excitedly to CrossPointe productions, which always bring an uplifting message of hope and salvation through Jesus Christ in a format that everyone enjoys.

Children: CrossPointe, with our location next door to Manascalco Elementary School, is uniquely positioned to attract and minister to young families. Children are of the highest priority within our ministry and we have opportunities for well-qualified individuals to have a tremendous impact on the future of our community through participation in this vital ministry.

Youth: Refuge Youth Ministry is a crucial area in mentoring our upcoming leaders. Help is always needed in this area.

Life Groups: Life Groups are the fabric that holds the church together and are constantly growing and thriving. Life Group leadership is a vital and highly fulfilling ministry opportunity at CrossPointe.

Missions: If you have a passion for seeing the Kingdom of God expanding globally, there is a place for your gifts and talents to produce much eternal fruit in this ministry.

Stewards: If you are equipped with people skills, or just have a passion to see more people come to know the Lord, our Stewards team provides many opportunities to plug in with people and start having an impact for Christ. Areas include Greeters, Compassionate Care outreach, Community outreach, Special Events, and much more.

Trustees: If you have any kind of trade craft, we can probably use that talent on some building or renovation project. If you can handle a weed eater, a paint brush, or a lawn mower, God can use that gift here. The Trustees also manage our technology, web presence, and social network, so if you have those skills, God has a place and a purpose for you on this team.

Whatever your specific gifts and talents, the StrengthFinder test will help you discover it, and once that discovery is made, God will help you understand how to best apply your gifts in the most effective way in one or more of the above areas of ministry. You will begin to store up eternal fruit, rewards which will endure for all time, as you live out God's purpose for your life and work.
